Terms of Service

By accessing or using PageForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use PageForge. These terms are between you and SkillBridgeAI LLC, Orange County, Florida.

PageForge is an AI-powered landing page generator. You provide business information via a form, and our service generates a complete HTML landing page using Anthropic's Claude API. The generated page is provided as-is for your use.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful business information
• Use generated pages only for legal purposes
• Not use the service to create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive pages
• Not use the service for adult content, illegal products, or prohibited services
• Not use the service to scrape competitor sites or generate spam pages
• Review AI-generated content before publishing — you are responsible for what you publish

You own the generated page content produced from your inputs. SkillBridgeAI LLC retains no claim to the specific output generated for you. However, you acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users given similar inputs.

The PageForge platform, brand, code, and design are owned by SkillBridgeAI LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Pages are generated using Anthropic's Claude AI. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outputs that require review. PageForge does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated content.You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publishing.

• Pay-per-page ($9): One-time charge per page. No subscription.
• Pro ($29/mo) and Agency ($79/mo): Monthly recurring subscriptions billed automatically.
• All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

• Subscriptions: Cancel anytime. You retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
• Pay-per-page: Non-refundable after the HTML has been delivered (generation is instant).
• If you experience a technical failure on our end that prevents delivery, contact us for a resolution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillBridgeAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of PageForge. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of PageForge after changes constitutes acceptance.
